Almost all cyber-security breaches start with a person, through negligence or innocence, handing over permission to someone with nefarious intent. Almost all of these instances could have been prevented. I provide training and ongoing social engineering penetration tests to keep relevant parties informed of current scam trends, as well as grow cyber-sense through active phishing training.

Network Architecting
For new constructions and small to medium businesses moving to new locations, I can work with your contractors to help build sensible cable runs, network rooms, and find the most viable and logical locations for ethernet outlets. I also configure enterprise WIFI, specializing in the Ubiquiti suite of networking equipment. Other network services I offer include VPN configuration, router configuration and troubleshooting, and communicating with your ISP (or acquiring one if you don't have one already).
Cloud Telephony Solutions
Utilizing the power of Amazon Connect and Twilio, I can create digital call centers with localized or toll-free phone numbers capable of working both with computer based clients, as well as soft-touch desk phones. Leveraging these solutions, existing call centers can affordably scale, or multi-regional offices can manage all their telephony needs from one place.
CMS Setup and Management
